Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at thekalaakul@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 8 days.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.

Shipping Costs

How to Return?

  • To return an item, please follow these steps:
  • Contact us to obtain an RMA number.
  • Pack your item securely, including the RMA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
